Each cabin or tent site is allowed 1 vehicle. Extra. vehicles are to be parked in designated overflow parking area. Map available. No parking on grass. No driving through grass areas All vehicles must stay on designated roadways. Violation and/or damage to lawn areas may result in cancellation of your reservation with no return on camping fees and possible damage fees.

Cabin: Each cabin is allowed the number of people it is priced to sleep. No extra persons allowed at cabins. No tents allowed outside of cabin.
Tent site: Each tent site is priced for 4 persons per site. Maximum adults per site: 4

At least one person at the cabin or campsite must be 18 years of age. The responsible party registering for the cabin/campsite must remain for the entire stay. No one under 16 without adult over 21.

Day visitors are welcome at your site; however, they must check in at the office and must park in the overflow parking area and walk to your cabin or campsite.

Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 pm to 8 am. We will give one warning of our quiet hour policy and additional infractions may result, including your ejection from the site, loss of rental, loss of deposit and possible additional fines.

Alcohol is allowed at your site AS LONG AS you are 21 years of age, are not intoxicated and adhere to all campground rules and State of Indiana laws. Public intoxication will result in your immediate ejection from the premises, loss of rental, loss of deposit, possible additional fines and arrest. No smoking in cabins!

It is forbidden to cut trees or collect downed trees or limbs. All firewood must meet DNR specifications. Firewood available at store. Do not collect and burn limbs, sticks or wood from the premises.
Violations will result in a minimum $20 fine and possible expulsion. All fires must be properly lit and watched and contained in the fire ring. Do not move fire rings. No food, glass, cans in fire ring. If we have to clean out your fire ring, a fee will be charged to your credit card deposit.

No illegal activity, including firearms, weapons, or fireworks are allowed at your site or on the premises

Each site is equipped with a picnic table. Do not move tables from other sites.

Do not move beds in cabins. Additional fee will be charged to move beds back to original positions. NO smoking inside cabins. $40 FEE violations. No cooking inside cabins. Small heaters are allowed. Any damages to cabins or campsite will be charged at replacement value.

Dogs are allowed at your site and cabin but must be declared on your rental form. No aggressive dogs allowed. All dogs must be leashed at all times. Pets cannot be left unattended. Clean up after your pet. If our staff has to clean up your pet’s mess, there will be a fee chaged to your credit card. If your cabin has pet odor, you will be charged an extra cleaning fee for the carpet.

Check-in is noon to 9 PM. No late check-ins allowed. Arrive by 9 PM Indiana time (one hour earlier than Illinois).

Check out is 11 am. The cabin and surrounding area or tent site must be clear of all trash, including cigarette butts. Fire must be completely extinguished. Trashed cabins/sites will be charged. Before leaving cabin, turn off lights, a/c, close windows and lock door. If you are leaving before 8 am, please let staff know the day ahead and leave your key in the “fish” mailbox at the front of the store.

Weekends require a 2 – night stay. Holiday weekends require a 3-night stay.

No trespassing in barn, barn lot, or surrounding areas at any time.
No playing at store after closing time.
If staying at Cox Ford Creekside, no trespassing onto surrounding areas. No trespassing onto Sugar Valley Canoes' Access area.
No unsupervised children near the banks of Sugar Creek or at Cox Ford Covered Bridge.

Cancellations must be made 2 weeks prior of arrival (1 month prior for Covered Bridge Festival reservations). $5 cancellation fee for credit card transactions.
