YOUR REQUEST HAS BEEN SUBMITTED, YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL IF APPROVED.
REMEMBER:
• Your reservation is not valid until you receive a confirmation via e-mail. Please allow 2 or 3 days for your confirmation to send.
• Only ONE person per group at office for registration.
• Please fill out all forms (Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver) located at posts around office building BEFORE registering.

CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES IN RESERVATION:
Any cancellations or changes to your reservation must be phoned in 5 days before reservation date 765-597-2364.
ARRIVAL TIME:
• You must register 30 minutes before your scheduled trip time, 45 minutes recommended on weekends.
• Late arrival may result in loss of your reservation.
• Indiana is on Eastern Time Zone. (1 hour ahead of Illinois)
RENTAL FEE DUE UPON ARRIVAL:
Rental fee will be paid upon arrival by cash, credit card or check. Credit cards accepted: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and ApplePay.
SECURTY DEPOSIT ON EQUIPMENT:
• Security deposit on equipment will also be due upon arrival. Security deposit required is:
• Minimum $20 or $5 per piece of equipment.
• Cash or credit card physically left in office. Credit card is not run unless rental agreement is violated.
• Security deposit returned at end of trip when equipment checked in.
• Additional deposit taken if you are taking alcohol to keep everyone safe and respectful. See info below.
LOCATION:
1313 E State Road 47, Marshall IN 47859. Across from Turkey Run State Park Campground.
GOOD TO KNOW INFO:
• No glass containers.
• No Styrofoam coolers.
• No extra large coolers. Coolers must sit on our lap on bus.
• No hard liquor.
• No inflatable coolers.
SUGGESTIONS:
• Wear creek shoes.
• Bring dry change of clothes and keep in car.
• Do not take car keys or valuables on your trip.
• Check keys in at office.
ALCOHOL RESTRICTIONS & DEPOSIT:
• Observe laws on alcoholic beverages, underage drinking & public intoxication. Sugar Creek is routinely patrolled by law enforcement. Sugar Valley has ZERO tolerance for alcohol-related problems.
• Additional deposit of $50 or credit card required if taking alcohol. All persons taking alcohol must sign Alcohol Agreement.
CREEK CONDITIONS:
Creek levels can change unexpectedly at the last minute. All updates are made on our facebook page; a link can be found on our website. Please check for closings or age restrictions before heading our way.
